The illustrations here (created in an intentionally different style) are from "Our Struggle," a manifesto for colonialism and eugenic sterilization that characters encounter in their quest to topple a fascist dictator.
“Our Struggle” is presented as a journal of a great explorer who discovers a colorful, resource-rich land, only to find it’s inhabitated by primitive people who threaten his imperial ambitions. The explorer takes over and forces the “natives” to erect a golden tower, a monument to his greatness, promising the toil will teach them values and set them free. When the people rebel, the explorer calls upon his henchment to design a final solution to eradicate the “vermin.” The text of the document draws from primary sources, including Hitler’s “Mein Kampf.”
